The fact that the letter to shareholders re-NBN has already been sent out and led to panic selling may have marked the bottom for Telstra shares.
If the federal election is to be held in the next six months the Labor Party would probably want the NBN matter to be dealt with expeditiously.
Around the time of the Federal Election then Telstra shares may move up considerable as the uncertainties are resolved.
