After at least 10 attempts to get them to understand that they are billing me incorrectly I finally had enough and complained to the ombudsman. Things happened rather quickly after that.
I agree, it is really annoying having to go 5 steps talking to a robot before being allowed to talk to a humanoid. But even after talking to one they still did not understand where I was coming from.
