I am in the same boat with Telstra
Just got a Samsung Nexus and it was turning itself off so i took it back in and they sent it to the repairer to get fixed.
Well i get it back and they say it’s got corrosion in the charging port and that i got it wet (i have never got it wet had the phone for 20 days)
They were unwilling to help so i said I’m going to the ombudsman and that kicked them into gear
