Nice post@StarX its a no brainer and i feel we are closer to the split than ever hence my buy in, either way TLS is very cheap at $2.80 but as everyone knows the board is under immense pressure to deliver value and unlocking that is simple bust up the business to take the handcuffs off the monopoly. Once done the parts are still far better than TPG, Optus etc anyhow so will trade at a premium plus be able to grow the business units separately.
And i 100% agree if this market falls over TLS will be somewhat shielded as its not following the MKT higher so will be a hedge for the other shares in portfolios.
