Credit Suisse 16/03/2010 1 Outperform $3.80 22.6%
Following a change in coverage the broker retains its Outperform rating on the stock with an unchanged price target of $3.80.
A major risk in the broker's view is the government overplaying its hand with respect to negotiations for the NBN network as this could create a stalemate situation and so drag out the time it takes to deliver a more certain future for the company.
Any resolution of key issues will be difficult in the next three months according to the broker, something it sees as necessary for positive share price performance.
