I would be very wary of what a Mexican has to say about Australia's telecommunication network. If he is talking down Telstra's plans, then he is probably going to tells us in the future that his company could do a better job.
Wireless has a finite capacity, it is the laws of physics/nature. A fibre-optic system is only limited by number of fibres rolled out.
