There needs to be a change in legislation for TLS to be a takeover target. Foreign holding.
Verizon or Sprint or AT&T would buy it in a heartbeat, run it a lot better too and get rid of or make free FoxTel, roll out 5G, get rid of half the board, sell the HQ and legacy buildings in Melbourne, become like SingTel and Vodafone and TPG and rebase out of Sydney.
The profits would go up exponentially.
But the legislation has to change first.
