Telstra a bargain today. Any ideas what the target of this contrived downtrend is? Nice bit of stop hitting and accumulation going on by the funds in anticipation for a fairly predictable reporting season for TLS.
Dividend likely to be gradually cut over time if at all. Fair enough to as the dividend is huge at $4.10.
Dividend 7.5% fully franked, ex date in one months time.
RSI @ 20, oversold.
Target may be around $4 but I picked up a parcel today as the target looked to be either $4.10 or $4. Knowing the funds this could always go to $3.90 to hit the stops and make it less predictable.
PE 12.8, forward PE 11 then 8.
