When it did the $4.00 bottom and bounced in April leaving a gap at $4.14, I knew within 3 months TLS would do a revisit to $4.00 area to fill that gap and to do a potential double bottom. Double bottoms are of about 3 months duration from previous bottom. We are perfectly in time, April 18-19, July 19 and gap at $4.14 also filled. Double bottom can be within 3% of previous low. Means,0.97x4=3.88 and 1.03x4=4.12.
RSI is oversold and in buy zone now. But I'd wait to see what the price does when nearing $4.00. Will always be huge fear near a buying opportunity. Kind of like now. The other good indicator I have found is that posts on HotCopper will increase. Like now. I say go heavy and put the house on it soon. My opinion only.
