They dont want to look after there present customers and share holders at there call centres, for example I have cable 35mbps with 4 port modem there NBN basic plain is 25 with two port modem ,they want more money for the booster take it or leave it ,and the other matter that gets up my claw is my neighbour not a share holder must have stuck a different person and they have given him the update with no change to his contract, how does that work , I have written to them will wait for there reply , it should not be necessary
