Hey zadah,at least tls is stuck on a sand bank,ie safe solid sand.
hta continues to loooooose money ie for past 6 to 7 years, and this is before tpg takes back its mobile customers and belong continues to poach yr mobile customers.hmmm purring obviously u have never owned a cat.

Grow Rich,as posted i only follow comments tls makes, unfortunately they made this decaux announcement which as i continue to read articles it only makes me feel worse about tls management.

Taking into account mullins said its hard to find acquisitions???????????

    This from tls.
CMO,'tls looks to transform the payphone into a digital advertising and connected community unit.
Telstra says in article 'given out of home advertising (tls is referring to digital boards) is one of the fastest growing segments ' telstra comments continue 'it also made sense to bring these additional revenue streams to pay phones'

Now that was what tls says ,it sounds good but doesn't suggest its a material increase and doesn't suggest which revenue streams it is talking about as these phone boxes will b providing a variety of services.I don't believe its the advertising revenue and like energy i don't believe tls is interested in expanding into as tls puts it 'out of home advertising is one of the fastest growing segments" as this is a renewed agreement for decaux boards plus other uses so tls has had plenty of years expand into this advertising sector.
Then in same article u read decaux's statement, like the tls payphone agreement decaux has just made a similar agreement with yarra trams outdoor door assets ie tram shelters and trams for billboard locations.Decaux goes on to say the sector is still fragmented?.

So as posted this segment is all about board locations ie its a infrastructure business where paper billboards r replaced with digital boards and graphics r remotely changed not requiring to guys to change the paper advertisement.
Now tls has praised the sector, tls is letting sensis waste away, for many years decaux has had their boards on tls phone boxes, many years ago tls worked with tapit and successful tested re charging yr phones on these nfc digtal boards etc etc.So am i wrong, doesn't it make clear business sense for tls to acquire businesses in digital advertising ie 'the fastest growing segment'.and expand into retail energy to increase belongs customer base ? and mullins says there r few if any acquisitions.
Taking into account these nfc boards r increasing their business model ie complete stores with only boards where u tap yr ph on nfc tag keep information on ph or buy then.
Oh my point tls should buy apo and oml before some other co domestic or global buys them and starts to consolidate the fragmented sector.
But no penn and mullins can't find any acquisitions, how can u miss them driving to work surely they see the massive outdoor media digital boards along the freeways with a moderm oml logo or apo logo or walk past the phone boxes and c the decaux boards or thru airports and c the google boards etc etc .
Could go on about global partnerships and these co's being a one stop shop for any co that wants to advertise globally .
