gravscan, you'll be waiting a very, very long time for that...USO only applies to telstra...what are the chances any other carrier would offer decent services in the bush?...
telstra is the big dog on australia's telecommunications street,so "attitude" still remains in pockets of the company, specially the last holdovers from telecom days
but the focus on customer service and efficiency HAS improved markedly...letting 300 highly paid staff go is one sign
