ASIC are a joke. They have been beaten up that many times that they are now only concerned about fights that they can actually win, and not about ones that they have to go out by themselves. There are so many companies that need investigating, but ASIC are probably still gloating and reminicing about getting poor Rifkin over a few airline shares.
The whole ASIC needs replacing with a more compotent and transparent system.
