Incidentally, in reply to a few other comments on TLS overseas call centres, I have had reasonably good results whenever put through to the Philippines. My worst ever experience a few years ago when I got stuck with a Scottish girl here with TLS in Australia.Rude, arrogant and not at all customer focussed.Things have thankfully improved since then.
