TELSTRA WHERE TO

I am a TLS holder like anyone reading this ,,outlook not good .. where to from here ,,management does not seem to have a forward plan ,this needs to be expansion as the old plan is under attack by competition.. of course our population will not support 4 competitors so like the car industry in the future someone will get knocked out.. In the mean time dividends will get hammered some reports 10 cents per share if you include franking about 14 cents ,,anyone thinking of buying would wait for first announcement of dividend cut to get in maybe $3.00 per share I hope not that low ,,I am already under water like most people would be,,especially super funds ..Australia is border line recession with no future thinking in government ..when the global bad news comes we will sink big time ,,hope i am wrong I do not like being negative but what is future thinking in our TLS or government.....I think banks are next in firing line which I hold 2 like most people in SMSF ..25% of properties sold in Sydney/Melbourne are overseas buyers ..and 40% of new loads over last 1/2 years interest only .alarming , The rba wants to stop these or reduce them but today's loans are often 30 or 35 year home loans,,, so in first 5 years capital is not reduced by much .. so if you have a 10% or 15% fall in home values these people are sinking which means the banks are sinking to in a bigger scale ,anyhow have a good day so much for negativity...good health is more important than good wealth ....
