You obviously have not done much research. TLS has a very clear forward plan which you can check by looking at their last few presentations.
TLS has been way oversold. Several analysts have looked at the situation and Morningstar has devalued TPG, which might mean that they think TPG paid too much. Other analysts have said today that TPG will hit Vodaphone and not TLS . We have seen the action from TPG and we will see the reaction from TLS over the next 18 months.
As somebody else said , by the time TPG get their almost obsolete 4G up and running, TLS will be moving into the much faster 5G.
I am starting to buy now . If it declines further I will continue to accumulate. I just don't see much slippage in TLS dividend.
