    Sounds like the lingerings of the public sector mentality.....doubt it would occur if the Govt was not a part owner and the fully privatised Telstra was able to get rid of whatever vestiges of that mentality that remains.

    Bring on T3.

    PS I was a long term holder but bailed last year.
