Your comment about TLS becoming a utility stock is something I agree with.
This concept has been whispered about within investment houses for some 3 years or so now but the thinking is more expansive than TLS.
The thinking goes all telco's will eventually become garden type utilities globally after massive industry transformation. (ie biggies buying any performing littlies)
Just a case of waiting for dividend to support share price then going into instalments.
