Horsey, I started with Telstra went to several other telcos and came back to Telstra.
I find their service simply superior.
However I have to admit that everybody has different requirements.
So the end of that story is that you take the telco which suits you.
But the point I would like to make is that this is not Telstra's complaint service.
If you have a problem with Telstra go to the appropriate sites, like the ombudsman and lodge your complaint there don't try here to do a bit of ramping, because you are wasting your energy.
