    Just noticed this thread!! All a bit over the top in my opinion.
    I think we can all remember a number of years ago when all the major Companies started going call centres for help desks and you couldn't get through to anyone, Telstra was certainly one of the worst performers. But, I have to say they have improved immensely in recent years and any time I have had to contact the help desk in recent times you couldn't get better service. Occasionally it may take some time, but the staff are very keen to resolve whatever issue you have (the Live chat service speeds things up too).
    I have dealt (and still do) with other providers and if you think they will provide something better you're in for a rude surprise. I am also in a regional area so really Telstra is by far the widest and most reliable service so I am happy to pay a bit more. Funny enough you probably won't find that on your Google whinge searches

    Sounds like Horse is a very disgruntled customer so I agree with one of the previous comments, take your specific complaint to the appropriate authority and get it sorted........................
