in my case i believe it was a one off re email,it seems to me when tls stuff up they do it properly,my case was escalated so many times and tls put on hold many times for long times i seriously can not ph tls and even for a couple seconds listen to that jingle.Even the therapy is not helping.
Received tls nbn letter in mail saying services and plans wont change so have fingers crossed all goes smoothly.Have seen tls vans working on nodes ,noticed fibre being rolled out so will b interesting.
