Why even bother pretending that they have a Blocked Senders List? Spam comes from the same email and the sender can't be blocked as it is already on the list.
And why doesn't their calendar function work? I've had to set up reminders for her in the old Outlook account so she gets an email via Webmail.
I've given up wasting time ringing their customer service as they have no clue regarding the Webmail issues. "Changing the password" must be high on their list of resolutions. My mother just gets frustrated and refuses to speak to them at all now.
Seriously, how hard can it be?
