There are multiple ways to be foolish.
Another way is to deal with multiple suppliers, might be cheaper in dollars tho I place a higher dollar value on my time used in liaising with even more disinterested worker ants.
I have used most all of the various telcos, Telstra have been crap at times but gentle persistence has paid off and the other telcos have provided even smellier crap to deal with.
I'm in business to provide a service, make money n have the time now to enjoy it.
