i must admit i am with Telstra since i started and realize that i am paying a massive premium.
the trouble is that i know i am being ripped off big time, but am still hesitant to change, as it is too much trouble and i am not sure that the new mob i go with will be better anyway.
when i have a problem, i just go to the local Telstra shop to sort things out.
then again, the Optus shop is only 2 doors away, so that excuse is not feasible.
and Vodaphone is in the same shopping mall as well.
i guess if they can get away with charging a premium for mobile, then who would begrudge them of fleecing users by stealth.
