So I went to pay mobile bill and although I'd already entered my user name and password I'm then required to provide them with either a telephone number or email address that they can send a confirmation "secret" code number to verify my identity. Ok I did that. Next, when I get a confirmation that I'd paid my bill I get another email stating that there has been "suspicious" activity in relation to my online telstra account.
