    Does anyone else have trouble ringing and talking to living people and being unable to deal with them.
    Now I know how people without a computer or email and a expensive mobile phone feel.

    My account closed 7 years ago was in credit and the annual bill sent attracting $2.20 fee now for paper bill.

    So hard to call them.

    Want you to visit Business centre 140km away to claim credit. All because I could not receive a code.

    Service what a Joke.

    So bloody rude.

    Oh and want more data so when they are hacked have more to offer.

    I consider this bullshit company to be breaching the restrictive trade practice act.

    Too many hoops to jump through.
