You may be right occam, just posted it so people could read a different opinion.
As for why the report isn't released ,IMO ,it either doesn't support the governments position in which case i would imagine they will attempt to bury it ,or if it does , they are waiting for the time it suits them to release it ,maybe around the time parliament sits in May.
IMO, i very much doubt Senator Fielding will be supportive of Telstra in May,given the shenanigans Telstra was up to in the latest sitting,Fielding was left with egg on his face,i doubt he will forget.
IMHO Telstra burnt this valuable bridge to make sure nothing was resolved at the latest sitting,we will see in May if that was a good tactic.
