I don't know if Telstra will be in any particular hurry to do an alliance with HTA. By waiting longer Telstra could force HTA into a position where it could negotiate down..plus having the option of gradually improving "near 3G" capability will put added pressure on HTA to be more flexible. Don't get me wrong...I would love to see a deal, but there was little in today's presentation to suggest it will be immediately forthcoming.
