I have a question,
There are 3 major Telco's here[tls-optus-vodaphone]
There are 150.000 complaints with the Tio about these 3 and more.
If I was Sol and looked[and cared]about this I would get rid of that automated woman's voice for starters.
Put on more staff,so when you call you are connected direcly with a person ,who can help you.
Because if your company gives a good customer service,customers will tell other customers so bringing more customers to your company so generating more money for shareholders.
While all the others are being bagged daily,you are number one.
We need some common sense leaders in this country,
In China[again] the call centre staff have 3 seconds to answer the phone.
For a very important company to have their phone/adsl fixed is 1 hour.
For an average company the time to fix the problem is 2 hours.
For residential is is 4 hours.
Telco staff works 7 days.
Technicians are travel by car-bus- pushbike or walk to fix faults.
There are NO 150000 complaints about telco's here.
ps My wife worker 20 years at China Telecom.
