You can fix that by:
1. Correcting your diction - this is not a teenage gossip site.
2. Loosing the smart Alec comments and showing a bit of respect - @Stephenkm was just arguing a point of view there's no need to try and belittle what he does for a living. I found no fault in what he said about an Industry wide practise.
