Simple reason for that (and yes you're correct about the added exceptional leverage currently) is because many just like pre the last huge pump are very aware of just how fast they can come crashing back down. What you're seeing is a lack of willingness to take on added leverage and instead a margin of safety being applied. I mean TEMO 17 cents down to 6 cents in two trading days. Ouch.!! Quite a few will have been hurt.
Interesting to see how they're allowing the lines to more slowly soak at the moment. Which way they're going to take it at this moment, is anyone's guess. I've got a cheeky little buy in the TEMO just in case the market has another idiocy fit today or tomorrow. We'll see.
