Credit Suisse increasing their % holdings, can think of it as good or bad depending on holders faith in their own FA of TEM. Expect some pumping and dumping from CS to increase their holdings, scare away sellers with weak hands to accumulate.
IMO CS wouldn't be buying on a maybe.
