All very good positive indicators. The announcement of the project manager yesterday fits in very well with the time frame you've indicated below.
I want to see the details of the CR - realistically if any investor wanted to get their hands on a couple of $m worth of SUM shares they'd have push the SP up quite signficantly considering how tightly these shares are held.
I am hopeful that the CR will be at a slight premium to the current price but who knows.
