not sure that you've got the right end of the stick there. MSCs are not anti-inflammatory as such - it's that because they are undifferentiated cells they lack the surface antigens of differentiated cells therefore when they are introduced allogeneically (ie between genetically dissimilar individuals) the recipient body does not recognise them as foreign and does not mount an immune (inflammatory) response. It's got nothing to do with any antibiotic affect, though if some infection was introduced during the procedure, you'd no doubt end up on antibiotics to combat that.
