As you understand, this adventure still has a way to go. More information is required and, to their credit, management has been releasing pertinent information in stages.

A number of questions need to be answered and no doubt will be in due course. For example:

Is the deal with RGM DEPENDENT upon the BOS transaction with CBI (CBTE)?
(I suspect it is).

Will GL Biochem continue with it's reverse takeover of CBI?

If it does, will CBI be able to retain it's NASDAQ listing? (One would think that this is the only reason GL Biochem would be interested in CBI).

There is a lot to play out here but I would suspect if they can pull it off then any entry around the two cent mark will turn out to be quite profitable. Only my opinion, of course.
