I guess that I was hopeful that 6 mo for a review process was an overestimate. In early announcements AVH provide updates on the number of burn centres that had commenced the purchase authorisation process. On 30th Nov it was >32 and on 14Jan it was 36. In the 13Mar update ( sorry I had miss typed 13Apr in my earlier post) they didn't include this metric so we lost visibility on how they are progressing on that front. Having said that, they have a large team in place to train the burn centres. Do we know whether AVH has appointed any advisors to help streamline burn centre review and purchase authorisation processes - if that is even possible? The 'marketing' at last weeks ABA conference will hopefully encourage some of the burn centres that haven'tyet commenced theirown internal processes to do so. AVH knows which are the largest burn centres so i'm sure that they have been focussing on them.
