Has Xero flagged a potential dual-listing on the NYSE? I would have assumed the would be more of a NASDAQ candidate if anything.
If I were a current shareholder I wouldn't be supporting this move. Why pay more listing fees, extra regulatory fees, extra auditor fees, advisory fees for compliance with GAAP and IFRS when you are still bleeding cash trying to make the business profitable and are probably going to ask the shareholders to stump up some more cash in the future anyway.
Also, it doesn't appear they would have any issues raising funds if need be given their level of support on the ASX and NZX.
