I don't really see how this can be a pump and dump - a few reasons:

Too much stock too tightly held
Too much good fundamental news out recently
Likely more good fundamental news
A funded trial with the biggest player in MM
A pipeline of more good products lined up
High value humanised antibody technology
Too much volume on the way up
(How would that volume exit - likely into strong hands before we go off again).
Too much risk in exiting (what if fourth cohort results surprise to upside?)

Probably be wrong, but I think any 'dump' will be a fake out so the bigger accumulators can get more.

We might see more explosive upside if/when substantial holder notices start to hit...
