That is correct. ASIC are or have been investigating the trading in Progen stock.

Worth noticing that it is not Progen insiders (as in employees/directors) who are being investigated !

Look elsewhere for potential crooks, SP manipulators, naked short sellers etc.

They had there own reasons for employing their strategy, but in the end the investigation may hurt them.

The more they wind up the spring the more dramatic the jump when released.

Progen will go forward based on sound science.
