It's a spread shell. Will gap up, base and tighten for a few months, then drop a project in. Probably trade between 25-35c until then.
Re: 1c shares, you're basically deemed a promoter by the ASX when you're in at that level, so often two years escrow for a frontdoor. 10c shares would be cash rule.
