Cap raise isn’t overdue. It will come but not before March 2024 imo. Read latest quarterly, still 2 quarters of funding remaining (3mil in the kitty). Directors also took a 20% pay cut which helps the bottom line.
key line - “Based on Boab’s current cash position and estimated cashflow forecasts, the Company is sufficiently funded well into 2024.”
