True. But that doesn't mean people should focus on the opportunity soley. They need to balance it with the close proximity risks. Something that isn't promoted by 'people' with an optimistic only POV. Protection of capital is the mantra of all good investors.
I'm not convinced that is fleshed out in conversations in these threads, which is why 'we' add value.
