A CEO on $300k for a company worth $13M and a resource worth $10M is going to struggle to just magic together $200M - when it does, the dilution or debt burden will have this thing dead in the water. You're calling 10 bags but negating the dilution or debt involved in getting the dirt out of the ground. The interest cost of the debt required just for the machinery is the value of the asset at present. This illusion of share price appreciation prior to funding being addressed is plain and simple delusion.
