Naturally, you can't pride yourself on conservatism and in same breath plumb in PFS figures ... just rough ball park stuff.
"Bankable Feasibility Study" is designed to raise finance and MNS badly need one, 8% down today and will continue to drift until finance is secured.
Without a BFS they have further to travel in this regard and they need a fairly stiff $170Mill USD.
