"If RCR manages merely to both meet our
‘base case’ profit forecast for 2008 and is re-rated to a
market average P/E of 16, the shares will more than double
to $4.45 within 18 months. If, in addition, RCR manages to
make earnings-accretive acquisitions over the next year at
the same pace as the current year, and is accordingly
awarded a ‘growth stock’ P/E of 20, there is upside to
$6.95 per share. We recommend RCR as a low risk BUY"
