GOODMAN Group has secured its prime tenant, Ten Network, at its Pyrmont bunker for at least the next 10 years, in a deal that includes the broadcaster refurbishing and expanding the space.
The market has closely followed the leasing deal because it is an indication that companies are preferring to renew leases rather than incur the cost and time of relocating.
In staying, the network will save up to $10 million - the usual cost of relocating medium and large businesses.
