Jennifer presented it as law, but if we are to 'split hairs' it appears Daniel Andrews is seeking to introduce these further Gestapo tactics and that should be a further wake up call, cause if he would lie to his own Parliamentary Inquiry and he would want to lock up people if someone "thinks" they may ignore a rule then God help us.
