TOU,
Taking the Ohio10 and reversing the order gives Kerry the election. The resulting 118,777 vote margin reduces Bush's popular vote lead from above 3.5M to ~3.4M.
Why not then challenge the legitimacy of all votes cast?
Better still - determine the election by Exit Polls?
Even better - ask a hand selected group of independent voters to determine the election (just as occurred with the Latham debates).
At the same time as the Presidential election, there were elections for:
1.
100% of the House of Representatives (where the Republicans increased their vote and their numbers);
2.
1/3 of the Senate (where the Republicans increased their vote and their numbers);
3.
20 governorships (where the Republicans increased their vote and their numbers);
4.
numerous county, and mayoralty contests;
5.
numerous citizen's initiated referenda /proposals (etc).
If you want the Presidential election oveturned, then all elections held that day need to be overturned, including those where the Democrats secured some victories (ie: the Governorship of Washington State, for instance, which was determined by 134 votes).
Don't be selective. Be total.
