Seems to me all the 'ifs 'are coming together so happy with my 7 price target.
ps i do have a strange feeling penn is not going to drop div but try to re invest any increase in profit back into business.I hope there is room for a half cent increase in div each half.Then tls will be re rated up imo for growth and div.
agm 4 weeks hmm,a rba cut next month would be nice.
