Chair and Board do not understand the RHC (Paul Ramsay's) Value proposition and this is obviously just another board meeting or committee meeting in their respective calendars. Their new CEO is probably spending more time glued to Supermarket Inquiry worrying that she will not be able to hide from that (WOW) debacle. Chair, Board and CEO demonstrating that they are not equipped for the Stewardship, Governance and Director Duties especially CEO Selection and Management
